Q: How do I register?
A: Click on the registration link, fill out the registration form, and click "I ACCEPT".

Q: How do I bid live?
A: A few minutes before the live auction begins, click on the Live Online Bidding link and log in with your username and password. As the lots become available they will populate your bidder screen. You can then submit a bid.

Q: How do I download the Ringman software?
A: We will automatically check if the software when you initially login. If the software is not installed then the installation will automatically start. Just follow the installation directions and you will be bidding live in no time.

Q: How do I track the lots that I have bid on?
A: Your bid cart will show all of your bids from the presale. The lots that you bid on live will show up on the bottom of the live auction page. To view your lots you can go to

Q: How do I know if my bids were successful?
A: You will be emailed the following business day if you won and you will be sent an invoice through the mail. You may also call on the following business day to receive results.

Q: What is my bid limit?
A: All newly registered bidders receive a $10,000 bid limit.

Q: How do I raise my bid limit?
A: You may call 800-458-4646 or email auction@bowersandmerena.com and provide three trade references along with the amount you are requesting. We cannot raise bidding limits during the live auction, so please request bid limit raises before the live auction start time.

Q: How do I change my personal information?
A: Click on our site map and then click on " UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ".

Q: I try to login, but get a message saying, "My username and password is not found".
A: Make sure you have the right username and password. If you are not sure click here . You may also call our Customer Service department at 800-458-4646.
